This site is an unofficial public service to schedule and track results of the bi-weekly emergency communications network administered by the Louisiana Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness. Networks are held on HF 40M 7.285MHz and 80M 3.873MHz. Times vary in order to track propagation data. This is an open net and we encourage all licensed amateurs, Government Agencies, Emergency Preparedness professionals, and NGOs to participate.
